We can be reached in e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we check our messages in our voice mail box (912-580-5946) regularly, though it may take a day before we actually see / hear the message (the same is true about our fax messages, sent to 912-832-4852).
If someone has an urgent problem, our paging service will deliver a brief message if we are in range; please be specific describing the problem and provide a call back number (240 characters in total) from the website http://www.propage.net sent to 9122808737.
Without web access, one should leave a message by calling 912-280-8737. After the announcement, please specify the call-back number first, then the name of the patient, followed by the brief description of the problem.
Be advised that we ignore pages without explanation, like "please call me back"!
Also, please be aware of the fact that we charge for all paging related services (which routinely not covered by insurance), and this service is available only to active patients, with scheduled appointment.
If we are unavailable, our patients will be seen at the E/R of the Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Georgia, or at the E/R of St. Joseph's Candler Health System in Savannah, Georgia.
In case of an emergency, call 911 without delay!
Please do not drive anyone with a possibly life-threatening emergency yourself!
We do not accept new patients since 2010.
If someone did not keep (or cancelled) his/her appointment without rescheduling within 2 months of the missed appointment, we assume that he/she fired us, and without sending a separation letter, we consider the patient-physician relationship terminated.
